About me
From cyber-geopolitical research to applied intelligence systems
I am Federica Bertoni, Founder of Toralya AI Research & Advisory and Independent Researcher & Analyst in Cyber-Geopolitics and AI Risk.
My work examines how artificial intelligence, cyber operations and critical infrastructures reshape geopolitical power, national security and democratic trust. It combines scientific research, strategic threat interpretation and forensic
reasoning applied to high-exposure environments.
Following a UAE/Dubai-based phase marked by direct exposure to regional instability, civil-security alerting and critical infrastructure pressure, I have returned to Italy to consolidate the next phase of my work: applied research
and systems-oriented collaborations in cyber-geopolitical intelligence, AI-driven cyber threats and democratic trust.
This is the conversion of field exposure into structured analytical capability for institutions, universities, companies and private agencies.
Through Toralya AI Research & Advisory, I work on AI governance, cyber risk intelligence, state-sponsored cyber operations, strategic threat assessment and decision integrity. Through Toralya Systems, this research is translated
into monitoring architectures, intelligence products and scalable systems for high-risk decision environments.
