I am Federica Bertoni, Founder of Toralya AI Research & Advisory and Independent Researcher & Analyst in Cyber-Geopolitics and AI Risk. My work examines how artificial intelligence, cyber operations and critical infrastructures reshape geopolitical power, national security and democratic trust. It combines scientific research, strategic threat interpretation and forensic reasoning applied to high-exposure environments. Through Toralya AI Research & Advisory, I work on AI governance, cyber risk intelligence, state-sponsored cyber operations, strategic threat assessment and decision integrity. Through Toralya Systems, this research is translated into monitoring architectures, intelligence products and scalable systems for high-risk decision environments. My digital forensics background remains a methodological foundation: traceability, attribution, evidentiary discipline and adversarial reasoning. It is no longer the centre of the narrative; it is the method behind cyber-geopolitical intelligence.
