From Evidence to Insight
At the crossroads of Technology, Law and Governance
Over the course of nearly two decades, I have delivered keynote lectures, invited talks, and specialist contributions across academic, institutional, and policy-oriented forums, in Italy and internationally. My public
speaking and teaching activities focus on how digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and cyber risk reshape legal frameworks, institutional accountability, and societal resilience.
My interventions span core areas including digital forensics, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, technology law, fundamental rights in the digital sphere, and cyber geopolitics, always with an approach that combines
forensic precision with strategic and normative analysis. Rather than addressing technology in isolation, my work examines its implications for governance, legitimacy of decision-making, and public trust.
I have contributed to university programmes, postgraduate specialisations, advanced training courses, and high-level conferences, as well as to policy forums and industry summits. Many of these engagements have aimed to open informed debate in areas where regulation remains uncertain, yet where AI-enabled systems and cyber operations already exert tangible effects on security, democratic processes, and institutional stability.
The following section is organised chronologically, highlighting the thematic evolution and methodological breadth of my speaking and teaching activities, from early forensic practice to current work on AI governance, digital risk, and intelligence-led oversight.
