Accessibility
Tools to adapt the reading experience to your preferences, and a direct contact for reporting any difficulties.

Adjust the display

The “Accessibility” control in the header and at the bottom of every page lets you increase text size, enable higher contrast, underline links, and reduce interface motion. You can restore the default settings at any time.
These tools complement the features of your browser and operating system. You can continue to use zoom, read-aloud features, or your preferred assistive technologies. Any system preference for reduced motion is respected even without enabling the site’s control.
Keyboard navigation

The first link, “Skip to content,” lets you bypass the header. Use Tab and Shift + Tab to move between controls; Enter or Space to activate buttons, according to their native behavior.
Panels have clearly labeled close controls. The Esc key closes the open panel and returns focus to the control used to open it. The navigation menu on small screens can also be opened and closed using the keyboard.
Preferences under your control

Adjustments work on the current page even if you reject optional storage. If you would like them to apply to subsequent pages and future visits, you can enable “Remember accessibility settings” in the “Cookies and preferences” panel.
Settings stay in your browser and are not sent to the Data Controller or to third parties. The site does not detect the assistive technologies you use or record your adjustments to infer personal circumstances. More details and storage periods are provided in the cookie and preferences policy.
Content and feedback

The site uses recognizable headings and navigation areas, clearly named controls, and a visible focus indicator. Illustrative images do not add content required to understand the text; informative images, such as the publication cover, have a text description.
If you experience difficulty, please write to us, indicating the page concerned, what you were trying to do, and, if helpful, the browser or device you used. You do not need to disclose health conditions or other unnecessary personal information.
